1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS: Returns and replacements are only offered for products that have a manufacturing defect.

  • INELIGIBLE PRODUCTS: Items not eligible for return include, but are not limited to, products damaged after delivery, products with wear and tear, and products purchased during a sale or with a discount.

2. RETURN PROCESS

  • RETURN REQUEST: To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team at quietroomrecords@gmail.com within 30 DAYS of delivery.

  • PROOF OF DEFECT: Customers are required to provide photographic evidence of the manufacturing defect.

  • APPROVAL: Returns are subject to approval by our team upon review of the evidence provided.

3. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

  • REPLACEMENT: If a defect is confirmed, customers may opt for a replacement of the same product.

  • REFUND: Alternatively, a refund can be issued to the original method of payment.

4. SHIPPING FOR RETURNS

  • RETURN SHIPPING: If the return is approved, QTRMSHOP.COM will provide a prepaid shipping label for the defective product.

  • SHIPPING COSTS: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. PROCESSING TIME

  • The processing time for returns, replacements, or refunds 30 DAYS after the receipt of the returned item.

6. LIMITATIONS

  • QTRMSHOP.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
